9 Things You Need To Know To Know To Play Your Best Golf In Hawaii!!

Here are a few ideas to get ready to achieve your best round in Hawaii!
  1. Take time to look around at the terrain and mountains and ocean and all God's creations, take photos and share with friends!
  2. Expect wind and see the shape and track key before every shot.
  3. Remember the 2x2x2 knock down shot. Grip down two inches, move the ball back two inches and drop the lead foot two inches.
  4. Read the lies and adjust accordingly. Grass is thick and the ball will not go as far.
  5. Look which way the palm trees are leaning to determine the grain on the green. Down grain putts are faster and will break more. Hawaii is one of the few places in the world that grain effects the ball.
  6. Breath the clean air and enjoy the scenery.
  7. Instead of trying to hit it low off the tee, lower the tee and make a normal swing and make solid contact.
  8. Hydrate And remember your sunscreen.
  9. Take time to look around at the terrain and mountains and ocean and all God's creations.
Please share if you have any other recommendations.
